The centre is accessible via the St Johns Hill and Car Park entrances and the mall is on one level. Disabled parking bays are available at the centre. Normal charges apply.
The station offers toilet facilities and baby changing facilities next to the Brighton Yard entrance gateline.
The National key toilets are located next to the Brighton Yard entrance gateline. These toilets are operated by a radar key. A radar key is available from station staff upon request.
